Ten teams of five, on the sand

Five stations, then a final and the award ceremony. Your team is already assigned, so there is nothing to sign up for. The group photo is at 14:45 just before it starts, so bring your Cloover t-shirt.

Meet at reception at 07:45 and walk down to the beach together, starting at 08:00. Entirely optional and one of several ways to start the day: the gym, a run or a swim are open too. You can join one morning or both.

Bike tour or Zeesboot sailing — pick one

The one afternoon where you choose. Sign-up happens on site, most likely on Friday evening. Both are optional: if neither appeals, the beach, the Fischland Spa and the Sportwelt are open instead.

Bike the Darß
Guided and flat, with bikes provided. Beech forest on one side, open beach on the other. Bring insect repellent and cover your legs and check yourself for ticks afterwards.
Zeesboot sailing
The traditional fishing boat of this coast, on the sheltered Bodden lagoon. Around 90 minutes on the water. Bring an extra layer, it is cooler out there than on the sand.

Buffet in the event room. The White Beach Party starts at 20:00 directly afterwards, so pick an outfit you are happy to stay in for the evening.

Dress code
White. Bring one white outfit, smart or casual is up to you. The Gala Dinner is right before, so pick something you are happy to stay in all evening.
Good to know
Toilets are at the beach access, not back at the hotel. Music drops to room volume from 22:00 near the buildings. The party ends at 01:00 and that is not negotiable.

The hours nobody has planned

The hotel sits in 200,000 square metres of nature reserve with the beach directly in front of it. Swim, use the sauna and the pool, or walk to Dierhagen harbour for smoked fish.
